SHIPPING POLICY
UK DELIVERY
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
All products are personalised and made to order. We usually prepare and dispatch orders within 1 business day after receiving all required, usable photographs and order information. Please allow up to 2–3 business days during busy periods.
If photographs are missing, unsuitable or unclear, we may contact you for replacements. Your preparation time will begin once everything needed to complete your order has been received.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
Available Royal Mail delivery services, estimated delivery times and charges are displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed. Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays or other circumstances outside our control. Please order well in advance if your print is required for a particular celebration date.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number so that we can investigate.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly and include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
